    Use https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/ or https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ to figure
    this out. THEN post here.

    Working here.

    It does not automatically promote http:// to https:// .

    I think it then waits on athena.archive.org or some
    similar server, while it has painted the dark menu
    bar at the top.

    It's not entirely denying its existence as web.archive.org .

    Could be, our friends at CloudFlare are at it again.
