Fix and complete uifc.helpbuf strings across SyncTERM
Directory listing help: fix "to edit to" typo, add missing INSERT,
DELETE, F5, F6 docs, fix missing newline before Conio Keys section.
Sort Profiles help: change Shift-Del to CTRL-X for cross-platform.
Scrollback help (both menu.c and bbslist.c): add mouse wheel,
hyperlink click, and ESC documentation.
Log Level help (menu.c): fix missing closing backtick.
