    Remove duplicate VEOL2 guard in conn_pty.c

    A duplicate #ifdef VEOL2 block was setting ts.c_cc[VEOL] instead of
    VEOL2 (typo). The correct assignment already exists later in the
    function, so the duplicate is simply removed.
