• Shelton looking good

    I thought Ruud would win this one but very impressive the way he imposed
    his game and took the match. Not just the great serving, but creaming
    the lines and going for it. Looks like he was practicing for bigger
    fish ie Sinner next match. This is the game he needs to produce to have
    a chance. If Sinner is at his very best it'll be too good, but Sinner
    looks a little away from his A game. Should be a fun match if Ben takes
    the 1st set.

    Speaking of big serves saw this guy at AO;

    Ruud is/was also mentally out of the tournament even before it started due to his pregnancy.

    Maybe, but he looked so good 1st 3 rds. I saw him here 2 yrs ago and he
    was nowhere near as good. Credit to Shelton, he's probably better than
    most of us think. Very much a big match player, plays his best in slams.

    Also Musetti is looking good since he's had kids. I thought he'd beat
    Fritz but not this easily. Novak is as fresh as can be so should be
    able to get the job done against him.

    ?ili? nearly came back.

    Yeah good to see him playing well. Wonder what his goals are? Could
    have a deep run at Wimbledon with a good draw.
