use it as a salamander, and it was less than half the price of the
Ninja. I don't need an air fry function. We have one of those and
almost never use it. The slightly larger size of the Ninja just isn't
worth paying more than twice the price. The reason the one we bought
was 38% off was because it was discontinued.

Who the fuck wants to reduce fat? Oh, this morning I fried potatoes
and eggs in a splendid mix of clarified butter and high oleic
sunflower oil. I had found that the straight clarified butter just
added too much of a buttery flavor, so combining it with a very
neutral oil made the potatoes nicer.

It works excellent for baking
pizza. Unfortunately, you can't bake a loaf of bread so it was
replaced with a bigger Ninja Air Fryer. It works just fine for baking
bread. It also has a dehydrator function. I'm using it to make dried scallops.
