• Staying in

I am still waiting to here the theatre announce they are cancelling but
I discussed it with my son and he felt strongly that we should ship the concert. He will pressure them for a refund. He was upset with me for
going out after a storm one day last week when the roads were bad so he
sure doesn't want me risking our lives for a going out into a much worse
one that is just starting to build.

Gotta get that lamb rack into a marinade.

Yeah, ship it and yourself to a warmer country.

Good luck, I do hope you get a refund or at least a reschedule honoring
    your tickets.

I don't expect to venture out until perhaps Friday. Freezing rain
overnight, temperatures climbed to 30øF which produced some melting. Temperatures are dropping again with sleet on the way. More snow, too.

Tomorrow morning the wind chill here is supposed to be -19F. It's not
supposed to get above freezing until Groundhog Day.

Just now searching, the predicted windchill for Nashburg is -2øf to -8øF.
Just about 10 minutes ago power went out for a few seconds. And earlier
I heard a crash and neighbor's next door maple tree dropped a 10 foot
    branch.
