    ? "Minutka" Cake

    " Ingredients:
    For the crust:
    Flour - 3 cups
    Condensed milk - 1 can
    Egg - 1 piece
    Baking soda - 1 tsp
    9% vinegar for baking soda

    For the cream:
    Milk - 750 ml
    Butter at room temperature - 200 g
    Sugar - 1.5 cups
    Eggs - 2 pieces
    Flour - 3-4 tbsp
    Vanilla sugar - 1 packet

    " Preparation:
    1. First, we will prepare the dough. For this, we combine condensed milk, egg, and baking soda, which has been extinguished with vinegar, and mix. Gradually adding flour, we knead a soft dough that does not stick to our hands. Once we have achieved the desired consistency of the dough, we no longer need to add more flour. We divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.

    2. On a floured table, we roll out a piece of dough into a disc slightly larger in diameter than the frying pan and place it on a preheated dry frying pan.

    3. Fry until golden brown on one side over medium heat (about 1 minute), then turn and fry the crust until golden brown on the other side.

    4. Remove the ready crust from the frying pan and immediately trim it, giving it a round shape.

    5. The remaining trimmings will be used to sprinkle the cake. Gradually, one by one, we fry all the crusts, trim them and let them cool completely.

    6. The butter for the cream should be at room temperature, so we need to take it out of the refrigerator in advance. To prepare the cream, we combine milk, sugar, eggs, flour, and vanilla sugar in a saucepan and mix with a whisk until smooth. Then we put it on medium heat. Constantly stirring, we bring the custard cream to a boil, after which we slightly reduce the heat and cook, without stopping stirring, for 3-5 minutes (until it thickens). Remove from heat. We add butter to the hot cream and mix until smooth.

    7. We spread the crusts with warm cream and stack them one on top of the other. Do not forget to spread the top and sides of the "Minutka" cake with cream. We crush the trimmings from the crusts and sprinkle them on the top and sides of the cake.

    8. We leave the cake in the refrigerator for several hours (or preferably overnight) so that the crusts can soak up the custard cream well.
