?Bread made with dry yeast in the oven
" Ingredients:
Flour - 350 g
Dry yeast - 5 g
Vegetable oil - 30 ml (in the dough) + for greasing the baking tray (or mold) Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1.5 tsp
Water - 220 ml
" Preparation:
1. To knead the dough, we take a deep bowl, pour in the flour, add sugar and salt, and mix.
2. Add dry yeast and warm water (the water should not be hotter than 40 degrees) to the bowl, pour in vegetable oil and start kneading the dough.
3. First, mix all the ingredients until they are homogeneous with a spoon. The dough quickly turns into a lump.
4. Then we proceed to kneading with our hands. We knead the dough for about 5-8 minutes (until it is homogeneous and smooth). The consistency of the dough is soft, tender and elastic, it holds its shape well and does not stick to our hands.
5. Cover the bowl with dough with a film and leave it to rise for about 1 hour. During this time, the dough will rise well and increase in size several times.
6. The ready-risen dough is slightly kneaded and stretched into a sheet.
7. Then we roll up the sheet into a roll.
8. Then we roll up the roll into a snail.
9. We stretch the snail into a sheet again and roll it up into a roll again. We form a roll from the roll, giving it a characteristic elongated shape. We place the roll in a baking mold (or on a baking tray), lightly greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with flour. We sprinkle the roll with flour from above, distributing it over the entire surface of the roll.
10. Then we make incisions on the surface of the roll with a sharp knife and leave it to rise for about 30-40 minutes, covered with a film (or a towel).
11. During baking, the roll will rise well, become rosy, beautiful and will smell deliciously of fresh bread.
12. We take our rosy roll out of the oven and let it rest until it cools, covered with a freshly baked towel. The bread made at home turns out to be incredibly tender, soft, tasty, it does not crumble when cut, it has a homogeneous and fine-pored crumb texture.
13. This recipe has been tried by me many times and the result has always pleased. The bread made with dry yeast and baked in the oven turns out to be beautiful, tasty, very fragrant! Be sure to try it, I recommend this recipe to everyone!
