It's clearly an issue with the company Global Fiberglass and has
nothing to do with the viability of wind energy or fibreglass recycling
in general.
Looks like the same old same old: exporting costs to others to avoid
paying them as part of the business model.
A problem as old as smokestacks. And chemical dumps into rivers/lakes.
Glad to see that Texas is on to the problem.
