Huh. One of these turned out to be useful.=20

Not so much for the (possible) appearance of Ice Age 6 but rather
because an Ice Age 6 implies an Ice Age 5, which I somehow missed.

Whether I will like it as much as the first 3 (I found Ice Age 4 to be
"not my cup of tea" although I'm sure it had lots of fans) remains to
    be seen.

    One conspicuous non-mention!

Scrat had better be there. His shorts were really the only standouts
in a series of "enh, OK" movies.

Although I found the first three films better than OK, I agree that
    Scrat is /always/ worth watching.

His journey to squirrel heaven /alone/ was worth the price of
    admission!

Scrat probably isn't mentioned because he doesn't ever speak, althogh
he does make sounds which are made by Chris Wedge.

Disney is in a mess right now, so
Hopefully it will blow over by release.

But they always seem to be getting in political kerfuffles. Who knows what boycotts and legal barriers they will be overcoming.

A couple years ago, it was in Florida, battling Ron Desantis. Tho, that
was more the disney tourist branch, they still lost money from boycotts and legal fees.

This is the mega corp that has star wars franchises and other huge franchises, bought abc, hulu, fx and a few others, and are angling for mergers with other media

Much bigger money. It was what people watched during covid when the tourist sites closed down.

Today we are seeing significant subscription cancellations, sufficient to crash the website. And remarks from industry members saying they will pull their projects. Like that guy from Lost.

Considering what a confused and horrible mess "Lost" was, like
everything else the fool touches, that would be no great loss to Disney
nor the entire world at all.
