    GKIDS has finally shared the full trailer and poster for Shaun the
    Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom, the latest sequel of the popular
    stop-motion animated franchise from Aardman Animations. The
    upcoming movie will officially arrive in U.S. theaters on
    September 18, just in time for Aardman Animations' upcoming 50th
    anniversary celebration.

    "The film sees the residents of Mossy Bottom Farm looking forward
    to Halloween - until the clumsy Farmer trashes the Flock's beloved
    pumpkin patch! When Shaun turns mad scientist to fix the problem,
    things rapidly spiral out of control... With The Farmer missing and
    a wild beast roaming the woods of Mossingham, all the ingredients
    are in place for a monstrously fun family adventure."

    What do we know about Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom?
    Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom is directed by Steve
    Cox and Matthew Walker, with Mark Burton and Giles Pilbrow writing
    the screenplay. This marks Cox and Walker's feature directorial
    debut. The third installment will feature the return of Justin
    Fletcher, John Sparkes, and Kate Harbour, who have been playing the
    respective roles of Shaun, Timmy, the Farmer, Bitzer, Timmy's
    mother, and Merly since the first movie in 2015.

    The film franchise is based on the popular British animated series
    created by Nick Park and Aardman Animations. The first movie debuted
    in 2015 and received a near-perfect approval rating on Rotten
    Tomatoes. Meanwhile, its 2019 sequel, A Shaun the Sheep Movie:
    Farmageddon, has also garnered positive reviews from critics. It
    currently holds a Certified Fresh score of 96%, based on 82 reviews.
