So, Judith Collins has announced her intention to retire from politics
and quit as an MP later this year (May or onwards sometime).
Nobody?s really sure where the nickname ?Crusher? Collins came from:
it surfaced at the time of her legislation put forward to destroy the
cars of illegal street racers, but who originated it?
John Key says it was the media. I would go further: I would say it was
TV3 that popularized the name.
