    Indeed. There is alot of information in that link and the links off it.

    It is amazing what happens when you define the issuse and set out a plan how
    to fit it.

    There is a hint of the idea of the saying that it takes a whole village to raise a child.

    Also encouraging that the schools seem to be getting on board with the fix
    and have made some in a mere two terms. Pity the economy is not as quickly fixed.
