Bluetooth is viable option for me

in usb socket of phone, something has been pressed for too long during charging,
I still think that you have some option to use WiFi for file transfer.
Likely you can obtain an .apk with ssh-server or ssh-client somewhere.
After all, a tiny python script should be enough to run on your machine
HTTP server that allows just to upload files, so nothing besides a
browser is necessary on the phone.

As to blocking of various sites, it is possible that source code on
GitHub is available while download links form "releases" section (where
some projects publish their .apk) are blocked. On the other hand, some
browser update may bring rather tight privacy settings. ECH requests
with hidden domain names may be blocked completely while more permissive
rules are applied for SNI handshakes. Create another browser profile to experiment with relaxed settings, if you have not tried it yet.
