Does an official Debian Server installation image, specifically in a

There is no official installation image for servers, unless you mean
cloud images [ci], which are intended for cloud service providers.
To install Debian in a server, you probably want to use the "standard"
image from the download page [dp], and remember to deselect the desktop environment at the software selection step.
If you want a live system without a desktop environment, the standard
live image [li] *should* be what you are looking for.
If you need further information about this you are welcome to ask, but
the correct mailing list for this topic is
debian-user@lists.debian.org.

[dp]:

[li]:
