    Not really. https://www.debian.org/license says the website's texts are copyrighted by SPI (which, tbh, was news to me - there's no copyright assignment) - it's specifically called "Debian WWW Pages License". The trademark is held by SPI. But what Paul said still applies: We have a
    few non-profits around the world that hold some assets and have
    operational control over them - but that is only where a legal entity
    was needed.
