    Title: Kapha Tea (Ayurvedic)

    1 Coffee pot water
    1 ts Turmeric powder
    1/2 ts Cinnamon powder
    1 tb Fennel powder
    1 tb Ginger powder
    1 tb Chili powder
    1 ts Cardamom powder
    1/4 ts Cayenne powder
    6 Whole cloves
    3 tb Alfalfa
    1 tb Echinecia
    1 ts Basil
    2 tb Honey

    Bring water to boil and add spices. Bring to boil again, turn flame
    off and let stand for 12 hours or overnight. Drain water and discard
    the pasty residue at the bottom. A fine sieve is adequate to catch
    the heavier residue. Warm the tea and add honey just before drinking.
    Heating honey above 115?F turns it to ama, toxin.
