To be fair, "Disco" is a game well-worth claiming.
Mechanically a top-down CRPG, it's biggest differences are
in its setting and style. It's dialog and writing are superb.
But it's a lot more than usual hack-n-slash, so if that's
all you want from your CRPG, you're going to feel overwhelmed.
But stick with it; like "Planescape: Torment" it's a game
that well rewards your time. A definite must have for every
    gamer.

Sadly, Epic is only giving this one away for free for a single day. >>>>>It's really one of those games that deserves to have a full week >>>>>dedicated to it. So act fast and grab it before it's gone.

It was PC Gamer's Game of the Year when it came out, I think. And
still one of their top games of all time maybe.

I tried it but stopped for some reason but keep thinking about
starting over because I don't remember how I got to where I am now :-) >>>>

You should REALLY go back and play it!!! one of my favorites of all time >>>its so well DESIGNED and i wish the publisher wasn't so evil

Installing it now, again! Thanks CC!

Yea! It's such a good game

    *--

I am going to start it from the beginning. I cannot figure out how I
got where I am and how to find what I need to find at the docks,
    etc...

But, I could look for a walkthrough. Cannot remember how far into the
game I was and how many hours it took to get there.

do NOT look at a walkthrough, IMO it is best experienced 10000% blind.
The only "requirements" for beating the game is a linear quest chain,
but there's so many distractions and ways to help the random citizens
through side quests that are so charming to stumble into on a whim. Plus
you are forced to waste at least some time due to half the map (and half
of the "main" questline) being completely inacessable until day 3. I'd reccomend regularly checking your quest log if you get lost, even if its
just sidequest stuff it still benefits you through equippables and
    passive bonuses.
