Owl-Art is pleased to release a RISC OS Wordle client in time for the
upcoming RISC OS London Show.
Wordle is a RISC OS client for the New York Times Wordle game.
The aim is to guess the WORDLE in 6 tries or less. Each guess must be a
valid 5 letter word. After each guess, the colour of the tiles will
change to show how close your guess was to the word:
Green: The letter is in the word and in the correct spot.
Orange: The letter is in the word but in the wrong spot.
Grey: The letter is not in the word in any spot.
A new Wordle word is published each day, or you can go back through the
archive of previous games by using the navigation buttons at the top of
the window.
Wordle can be downloaded from PlingStore.
The game requires an internet connection, and a copy of WGet to be
installed.
WGet can be obtained via the !PackMan package manager, or downloaded
directly from:
http://www.riscos.info/packages/NetworkDetails.html#Wgetarm
WORDLE is (c) New York Times
