I'd like to learn more about these but only found one book on Amazon
that appears dedicated. Most of the other hits appear to ignore
'implicit' in the search bar.

For the time being I'm using wikipedia.org to research these both, but I
feel there may be a few in here with experience regarding them. The
concept could be extremely useful in what I'm doing.

In other news there was an extremely rare tornado near Salt Lake City yesterday afternoon & a big cocaine/heroin bust in August of a ring
operating out of a local restaurant.

A shame that they did not happen at the same time, with a huge tornado scattering cocaine in clouds of dust across the city.
