You meant whether the PCIe wifi card might automatically connect with
the 4G phone, which enable the 4G phone to remotely operate your PCIe
card and then your computer?
If you worried about anything, set its IP address (static) to 127.0.0.1 (localhost/loopback) then disable the wifi pcie card!!
When you wanna use wifi pcie card again, set its IP address to use DHCP
then enable wifi pcie card!!
