    That isn't a Linux tool.

    The OP has been showing off a copy of Windows for some reason.
    The GPU-Z report will tell you whether the VBIOS is a hybrid or not
    (supports UEFI). And it has a button for measuring the realtime PCIe bandwidth (for
    cards that in the past have started up at the wrong bus speed).
