    Add shared-lib and static-lib targets

    Also, use the OD_IMPORT/OD_EXPORT macros to control symbol visibility
    in the .so file.

    Not sure why ODConfigInit, ODLogEnable, and ODMPSEnable are exported,
    but it looks like they want to do that on Windows too.
