    Fix od_clear_keybuffer()

    Previously, it didn't call the kernel to process items waiting on
    input until after it cleared the queue.

    Now, it calls the kernel first to put the items in the queue, then
    clears them.

    Part of the fix for NY2008 pause during welcome screen display.
