    Define LINK_LIST_THREADSAFE so sbbsctrl doesn't crash in ntdll.dll

    Regression introduced in commit cf992d8ad1

    sbbs.h defines this macro and now that we're not #including it in
    ctrl/*.cpp, we need it define in the project file.
