Hey all--how can I confirm that the automated network call-outs are happening as scheduled? I've double-checked settings but I must be missing something. I can't seem to pick up new messages without forcing a network callout. Thanks!
Check your events log and compare against your configuration in SCFG->Networks->QWK->Network Hubs->Hub-ID.
Thank you! It looks like I had a packet download since I posted that. Heh! The default call-outs are 4 a day. Is the timing of those just 24
hours / 4
times a day? Every six hours? I think I'll increase the frequency.
