• Delay Repay question

From Scott@3:633/10 to All on Tuesday, September 01, 2026 17:47:56
I was away for the weekend and arrived 2 hours and 4 minutes late at
my destination. I therefore claimed for the cost of my return ticket.
The return journey was on time. As a matter of interest, what would
happen if the return journey is delayed? Would this be uncompensated
or could the claimant receive up to 200% of the return fare?

My understanding is that delay repay is capped at 100% of your ticket cost.

I would expect the rules to say you could only ever get 100%, but
I haven't analysed them in detail. Best plan would be to make two
claims, and see if they paid out both.

That's mine too but the version of the rules I read did not
specifically cover the possibility of two delays.
