Forget 2022 ... in about October last year I bought a 1TB SSD for œ70,
they're now about twice that.
The problem is AI. The costs of RAM and solid state storage have gone
through the roof as companies build datacentres to cope with the
anticipated demand.
If only the AI bubble would burst ...
