Do they source the components for you via mouser / Digi-key
and have the board made in China?

it's isolated so it should be -6 of you connect +Vout to ground

Hmm, it also has a limited input voltage
so would have to knock down the 12V input to like 5v with a
7805 or somehting?

Take a look at UCC33421. It's part of the new generation of isolated converters. I did some testing and it's not bad.
I need isolated power to run a high-side GaN fet gate driver. I'll be
