• Satoshi Nakamoto revealed

From TT@3:633/10 to All on Thursday, April 09, 2026 18:49:08
I have zero doubt that Satoshi wouldn't be Adam Back after reading this investigative journalism from NYT:

    https://www.nytimes.com/2026/04/08/business/bitcoin-satoshi-nakamoto-identity-adam-back.html?unlocked_article_code=1.ZVA.RsSb.jY0yPR92AGjo&smid=url-share#commentsContainer

100% Adam Back... not just writing style & ideas but *everything*
matches, distributed computer sciences, PGP cryptography, C++, Hascash
    (proof of work) etc
Although I think it's possible/probable that he was a team with Hal
Finney... Adam Back writing Satoshi documents & messages.

Although, could be Dave Hazelwood, also.

I think the real mystery is if he has lost his keys /HD drive to his

I guess losing the keys, for mental sanity. Then again he's hardly broke without his btc.

But it's probably the latter... I figure from Back's recent comments
where he mentioned that Satoshi could be outed when someone inherits him
& also made a comment on Satoshi's btc perhaps needed to be moved at
some point to safer new wallet against quantum computer hacking.

Seems that there's not so much anonymity in crypto after all...

"quantum computer hacking" - an IT guy mentioned this concern to me 5+

I think that now's the time to try to quantify the threats that are
specific to quantum computing that make it possible to break encryption
that are not possible with traditional digital processing.

Right now we're tossing the term "quantum" as if it was super-secret
magic stuff that can do *anything*...

Not saying it can't, but it's time to figure out why we should be
worried in the way that we now seem to be.

Well, that's fine Scall, me too, but before I'd make blanket negative assumptions about quantum computing, I'd want to know at least a
concrete, verifiable hint of why I should be scared.
