• Will Landaluce fall in Miami tonight?

    Hello!

Martin Landaluce will face Jiri Lehecka in the
Miami ATP1000 quarterfinal tonight. I will see
    this match no matter what!

I saw most of the third and deciding set between
Lehecka and Taylor Fritz. To be honest, Lehecka
played like he was world #1. Absolutely monstrous
performance. Fritz played well, but Lehecka was
pumped up and blasted the ball like never before.
He is so atheletic and fit! Just take a look at
this guy's face, he looks like Ivan Lendl during
    his heyday.

So can Landaluce fight against Lehecka's blistering
power? If Lehecka plays like he did against
Taylor Fritz, I feel like he has to be a
favorite to win. But if his level dips a bit
and Landaluce can play at his absolute top level,
then we just might see Landaluce's victory.

This is definitely an interesting match to be
    seen!

Landaluce just lost. It was pretty close, though.

7-6 first set to Lehecka, it was all square at
6-6, but after winning the first ball of the
breaker, Landaluce lost 7 points in a row to
go out 7-1. So it was a bad breaker indeed
    for Landaluce.

The second set was going to be 6-6 as well, but
while serving at 5-6, Landaluce faced matchpoints.

I think he survived 3 or 4, but eventually
Lehecka got him. Not a bad match from the Spaniard
by any means, but Lehecka was a bit sharper
and played the important points better.

How many years did Whisper gush about "genius" Tomic, who never
    won a slam?

This shows that it's ill-advised and the height of egotism to extend predictions prematurely on topics of no lasting importance.

    People don't forget.
