I'll be staying up late enough to get it cooled down enough to put in
in the fridge. I'll be doing steak in a very light brine, a cup of
water with 2t salt and 1/2t STPP, then I'll do a quick rinse, and
flour it in corn starch before frying in very hot oil. Then, I'll use
that same oil to fry the rice, and remove it too. Then carrots, fresh
water chestnuts, fresh ginger, onions, bean sprouts and bell peppers.
I'll season it with tamari and cayenne, finally mixing back in the
beef and fried rice.
Separately, I'll be making scrambled egg and sauteed brown beech
mushrooms to add at the table as folks wish. Extra tamari and cayenne
as well.

Customers find this soy sauce delicious, noting it's not as salty as
usual soy sauces and has a sweet flavor. Moreover, they appreciate its versatility, particularly for making teriyaki sauce and as a marinade,
and consider it the only brand they buy. Customers describe it as mild
and not overwhelming, and one customer mentions it lasts for years
without refrigeration. However, the ingredients receive mixed reviews,
with one customer noting that sugar is listed before soy in the
ingredient list.

the mushrooms separate because my f-i-l doesn't really like
mushrooms. Also,(not pictured) I made brown Basmati rice and
scrambled egg to add.
