Opihi sound delicious. I grew up there, on Oahu, and have never tasted
them. I live in Virginia now. If I ever return, I will go out of my way to have a taste. I wonder if there's a weird Japanese tinned fish version of Opihi that I could order for a crazy amount of money but I am sure they're illegal to harvest and sell commercially.
