by accident i've had two pints in the past week. i've
not had it this much in years, but i still enjoy it.

i would not like pistachio spread. i like the texture
of the roasted pistachios as lumps that i chew up.

another form of pistachios we've had somewhat recently is
dark chocolate coated pistachios (we call them rat turds :) ).
very dangerous. Mom bought two bags intending to give one
to some friends and we ended up eating both bags.

this time of the year i am active enough to not "spread"
too much but i will have to be wary come winter.
