What did you watch?

I watched "The Pirate Planet," my favorite Doctor Who episode. IMO, this
is the best episode in a strong arc from the peak era of the show. It
has something for everyone. There are themes and characterization, plot twists, gloriously cheesy deliveries, and a robot pet fight.

I also watched an episode of Adults, a new sitcom about immature young
adults. It has a Millennial vibe, so it's probably aimed at
thirtysomethings despite the protagonists being in their early 20s. It
was okay, but not something I'd want to see again.

I may try it again anyway. YouTube has gotten so bad lately that I could
use a few wallpaper shows to have on and half-watch.

What did everyone else watch?

I watched the movie WIND RIVER. A story about a Native American girl
that is found dead in a field apparently having fled from
something/someone given the bare feet. Since the body was on
reservation land it becomes a bigger issue. Great performance by
Jeremy Renner. Well worth watching with an exciting ending.

Even though the ending made no logical sense because I have to
question what the bad guys thought they were going to do. Kill every
LEO that shows up?

I didn't like it because it was too silly.

It turns out Douglass Adams wrote it using a non-de-plume, so that made
sense.
