Both are also inane drivel. We watched about two minutes (at most) of
the UK version and didn't even bother with the American remake. :-)
I only saw the US version and was entertained, but 11 seasons was too
much. (I just checked IMDB and the original series got 11 seasons as

Supposedly, but if you watch them they're very different shows, as usual
with US remakes of British shows. At least they had the sense to change
the show's name as well.
