Pornhub lost the age verification lawsuit. I forgot what state. Various states have already implemented underage social media bans. I'm not sure
a federal court will strike any of it down.
I already run into age-verification crap on YouTube with no clue what triggers it, but I have not yet jumped through Google's hoops to upload documentation.
