A friend took the equipment in.
A nice girl from the Cox store called to confirm I wanted to get rid of everything and said she would send me an email.

How is she going to send me an email when I don?t have email service
anymore?

It's crazy that it went years without working. There's truly no excuse

Is there no legal grounds you could use? After all, you paid them for a service and they didn't deliver it. That has to constitute some form of
fraud or false pretenses on their part.

I don't know what the limit is for small claims court in Arizona but
that should be a route that gives you minimal paperwork and no legal
expenses, although the amount you can claim is probably pretty low too. Obviously, you don't want to start a multi-year process involving big
legal fees.

I've never quite understood why cable subscribers don't mount a class
action suit against the cable companies for their dreadful practices.

The domain works but I can?t get to the webmail page. I first suspected Cox
as well, but my tech girl tried it at her location and while she can do it
fine on her windows, chrome laptop, it doesn?t work for her on her iPhone either. It?s a very strange and perplexing problem. Both of us have
T-Mobile although she?s in a different city so we suspect they might have
done something bad. Also, it doesn?t work on either phone with Safari or chrome.
