• AlGore's Inconvenient Florida Truth

From BTR1701@3:633/10 to All on Sunday, June 07, 2026 20:34:49
In 1992, AlGore predicted that within two decades, Florida would lose 60% of its population and half of its dry land due to 'climate change'. Today, 34 years later, Florida's population is 425% higher than it was in 1992 and the water line on Miami Beach has not changed at all.

Yet another spectacular failure from the 'science is settled, you can't argue with us' crowd. Literally every single one of their apocalyptic predictions
has stubbornly refused to come to pass. But their 100% failure rate hasn't stopped them from continuing to demand that we heed their dire warnings, the only solution to which conveniently happens to be more and more socialism.

No scientist (by definition) ever says "The science is settled." At
    least not since 1900.

But the politicians, who set policy, take our money, and control our lives, certainly employ it as justification for doing all of that.

I'm not asking anything of you. You decided to respond to the thread. You
could have just said, "I agree" and left it at that.
