    Our latest episode looks at the history and making of the Early Edition

    What started as a clever pitch about one bloke getting the next day?s
    news quickly turned into a Saturday night drama with a magic newspaper,
    a ginger cat, and a lead character trying to stop disasters before they happened.

    With early ratings success, cast changes, shifting narration,
    crossovers, cancellations, fan campaigns, delayed DVD releases, and a
    reboot that never made it past the pilot stage, Early Edition had a
    much stranger run than people remember.

    Cute, wholesome, whimsical. Shows like Northern Exposure, Early Edition
    and others were sort of a moral gauge without being preachy or
    judgemental and boy do we need them now more than ever!
    The cat was freaking adorable, I remember this show with loads of
    nostalgia

    Everytime I see Kyle Chandler, I always remember Early Edition.
    This show as well as Due South was my go to on Saturday evenings.
