The problem here is "how to remove a Supreme Court Judge?" I don't think there are any processes in the Constitution for that. I need to look. Remember that the Left constantly look for ways to subvert the legal process.

So if someone were to bring a case of "DEI Jackson was not legally appointed and needs to be removed", who hears that case? Will that court have the authority to remove a Supreme Court Judge?

So I see this as being a deep, mucky quagmire that will take lots of time and effort to work through and we have bigger fish to fry right now.

At some point we need to address it. Right now, all we can hope for is that she gets laughed at so much that she resigns in disgrace.

This is me thinking out loud. I'm Okay with Jackson staying in... We need her AOC like responses to compare and contrast the normal justices....

You can start by taking the auto-pen issue to the Supreme Court, and Justice Jackson will have to sit out because she was auto-penned into her seat.

You can take Joe Biden's effort to Gerrymander the Supreme Court, as per Joe Biden, Justice Jackson will have to sit this one one as well.

Impeachment... The Democrats are already talking about Impeaching Kavanaugh ... So, we can do the same...

BTW, I wonder if Jackson realizes that the reason she sits to pee is because she's a woman.

Anyway, as I said before I love hearing her legal mind explain the left's position...
