    The "problem" is well known. The "solution" (under Linux) is never depend on a drive's device name (eg /dev/sdXX) when mounting it. ALLWAYS use the UUID (as you have done) or use a label. I have no clue what one does under MS-Windows.


    In my mind came the idea, of using udev rules, but I heard of this only in relationship with assigning network devices (when you have more than one ethernet card and want to assign them correctly to eth0, eth1 and so on).


    This might be possible, but I don't of anyone bothering, since there is an "easier" solution.

    If there is no known solution, then just tell me. It is harmless, as everything is working well here.
