• Restart Messages During Upgrades??

    Hi All: I am in Debian SID running Zabbly 6.19.10. For maybe 2weeks when upgrading, I now see these messages. I will display both sets. I prefer a numeric list which is on my laptop. So please inform, how can I ajust so my main machine does this also?

    Back again live. I tried removing blank lines-and-carrot signs. Anyway, in the first section of the numbered list, items are in a lopsided order. Can any1 please inform how or if I can fix these? Thanks so much in advance
