• An Order of Restart Items?

From Chime Hart@3:633/10 to All on Friday, March 27, 2026 16:40:01
Hi All: While running updates in 6.19.9 Zabbly, I got the following message Restarting services...
    Daemons using outdated libraries
    --------------------------------

    1. accounts-daemon.service 4. cups.service 7. low-memory-monitor.service 10. power-profiles-daemon.service 13. switcheroo-control.service 16. systemd-manager 19. systemd-udevd.service 22. udisks2.service
    2. apache2.service 5. exim4.service 8. ModemManager.service 11. prosody.service 14. systemd-journald.service 17. systemd-oomd.service 20. systemd-user 23. upower.service
    3. cups-browsed.service 6. fwupd.service 9. polkit.service 12. ssh.service 15. systemd-logind.service 18. systemd-timesyncd.service 21. systemd-userdbd.service 24. wpa_supplicant.service

(Enter the items or ranges you want to select, separated by spaces.)

    Which services should be restarted? 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 9 10 11 12 13 14 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23
Back again live: It would be `much more helpful, especially with a screen-reader to have an actual list of those items in an exact numerical order. Thanks so much in advance

Which updater are you using / can you use?

Running apt upgrade in a console gives a text graphics list of services
    with tickboxes, no numbers.

Hi Joe: Actually while your alternative list was in alphabetical order, I think
from a purely console numbers would be better. In your solution, if it were some sort of LYNX style shell, then sure, checkboxes would work. Thanks so much
    in advance
