    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Apple Fritters
    Categories: Fruits, Pastry
    Yield: 4 servings

    1 c Milk
    2 lg Eggs
    1 ts Sugar
    Salt
    2 c A-P flour
    1 tb Baking Powder
    Apples

    To the milk add the well beaten egg yolks and the sugar,
    then the flour mixed and sifted with the baking powder
    and the salt. Then fold in the stiffly beaten whites.
    Add sliced canned apples, being careful to get the
    batter all over them. Drop by spoonfuls into deep fat
    and fry.
