Title: Thai Waterfall Beef

1 lb Steak; cut fairly thick MMMMM--------------------------MARINADE-------------------------------
1 tb Fish sauce
1 tb Lime juice
1 tb Thai chile peppers; chopped
MMMMM-------------------REMAINING INGREDIENTS------------------------
1/3 c Fish sauce
1/3 c Lime juice
3 tb Shallots; chopped
3 tb Cilantro;
- chopped, including
-the roots if possible
3 tb Mint leaves
2 tb Khao koor
1 tb Sesame seeds;
- freshly roasted
2 ts Thai chiles; ground
Mix the marinade, coat the steak with it and marinade it for at least
3 hours. The steak is then barbequed, broiled or grilled until on the
rare side of medium rare, cut into half inch thick strips and the
strips cut into bite sized pieces. The meat can be kept cool until
just before you want to eat.
In a wok bring a little oil to medium high heat and add the strips of
beef, immediately followed by all the remaining ingredients. Stir fry
until heated through, about 1 minute.
Serve with Thai sticky rice.
