Title: Creamy Garlic Parsley Pesto Sauce With Pasta

Yield: 3 Servings
1 c Non-fat ricotta cheese
2 cl Garlic; peeled
1/2 c Fresh parsley;
- loosely packed
1/2 c Fresh basil;
- loosely packed
1/2 c Water; boiling
5 tb Parmesan or Romano; grated
Salt; to taste
Pepper;
- coarse ground, to taste
3 c Spaghetti; tender cooked
Have ricotta at room temperature. Combine it with remaining
ingredients except spaghetti in blender or food processor, using a
steel blade. Cover, blend until smooth. Toss with hot drained
spaghetti until cooked.
