Title: Short Ribs & Navy Beans

Yield: 6 Ribs
6 Short ribs
1 lb Navy beans
3 md Carrots
1 sm Onion
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Rosemary leaves
1/2 ts Black pepper
Pre-soak beans at least 1 hour. Drain and combine ribs & beans in a
container with enough water to cover 2" above. Cook slowl until
tender, add salt, onion, and carrots after 1 hour of cooking. Add
remaining spices when ribs are tender. At this time ribs may be taken
out of container and cut into bite-sized pieces, and returned to bean
mixture. Continue to add water to container during cooking process to
avoid burning.
