Preheat the oven to 450?F. Punch the dough down. On a lightly
floured work surface, roll out or stretch the dough into a circle
about 1/4" thick. Lightly oil a pizza pan or baking sheet and place
the dough on it, stretching it to fit. Bake on the bottom oven rack
for 8 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with the chili, spreading it to within
1/2" of the edge. Sprinkle on the vegan cheese and additional
toppings, if using. Bake until the crust is golden brown, 10 to
12 minutes. Serve hot.
