Captain Blood

Everytime I see this game, my brain immediately flashes to the
long-forgotten "Captain Claw" game, I guess due to the similarity of
names. Created by Monolith (of "No One Lives Forever" and "FEAR"
fame), it was a pretty good mascot-platformer featuring a cat who was
also a pirate. It had pretty good visuals and decent action (for a
platformer) but despite being critically reviewed, it didn't sell that
well and nowadays it seems that nobody remembers it but me.

And even I don't think about it much except when I see titles like
"Captain Blood" ;-)

o.k. it's not showing up in gog galaxy, but does from gog.com, so I was
able to install it. I'm not sure what's going on with gog galaxy.

o.k. it's not showing up in gog galaxy, but does from gog.com, so I was
able to install it.ÿ I'm not sure what's going on with gog galaxy.

A fun little game so far. It crashed on me a couple times in the first
hour. I found out it doesn't like being run at higher than 1080p, and
doesn't have an in game (or launcher) was to change resolution, so I had
to change my screen's resolution and back to 1440p when done with it.
Played it a couple hours since.
